伊莎贝拉P.

My name is 伊莎贝拉Perryman and I am a senior. I play soccer and am a part of Student Ambassadors and a member of the National Honor Society.

My favorite thing about SHG is the community and friendships that I have gained along the way!

Some helpful advice I can give to freshmen, or anyone at SHG, is don’t burn your bridges, be kind to people and you will be glad you did in the future. Also, make the best of your time at SHG, don’t take anything for granted.

I am looking forward to graduation!

Ajay D.

My name is Ajay Davidson. I am a junior here at SHG. I play football, wrestling, and I also run track. I am a Star rank in Boy Scout troop 53 at Saint Aloysius.

My favorite things about SHG are all of the people you get to meet, and all the friends I have made over the past three years. I love all sports and my favorite experience was winning the football State Championship last November.

Some helpful advice to underclassmen: stay up on your grades. If you do end up ineligible, talk to the teachers to see what they can do to help you get that grade up. Also make some friends that you will be able to talk to when you need help.

I’m looking forward to the rest of this school year, the remaining sports seasons, and focusing on my grades for college.

凯莉D.

大家好! My name is 凯莉Day and I am a sophomore at SHG! I am number 11 on the Junior Varsity Girls 排球 team, a part of Key Club, a Student Ambassador, and a member of the Spanish Club. I also sing in the Christ the King Schola Choir, and I skate with the Springfield Figure Skating Club at the Nelson Center.

As someone who is always busy, something I love about SHG is our dedication to help students succeed no matter what else they have going on outside of school. I also love how beautiful our campuses are and how everyone can enjoy the gorgeous open windows of our commons. Of course, our outstanding sports are always a plus.

Some advice I would give the freshmen is something I heard non-stop my freshman year, but that’s because it’s just so useful: GET INVOLVED! Getting involved helps you make new friends while bonding with people over an activity you can all enjoy (Plus they look really good on college apps).

Something I’m looking forward to at SHG is just living the day to day life of a Cyclone, because gosh is it a great day to be one.

莫莉年代.

Hello, my name is 莫莉年代anchez, and I am a freshman at SHG. I am a member of the cross country team, girls soccer team, 辩论队, student ambassadors and Christmas club.

My favorite part of SHG is the community. I have made so many new friends during my time at SHG and hope to continue to expand my circle as the year goes on. Everyone at SHG is so nice and welcoming, so it is easy to make new friends. Some of my closest friends are on the cross-country team with me. I am so grateful for the amazing community that the cross-country team has. All of the upperclassmen have been so supportive and helped all of the freshmen adjust to high school.

Another vital part of the community is the amazing teachers who put so much effort into our education. I am really thankful for all of my teachers and how they are always there to answer any questions.

One of the things that I am looking forward to most at SHG is the variety of classes I can take. I really enjoy learning new things so the opportunity to take more advanced classes is something that I truly am looking forward to. My favorite subject is math and I am really enjoying geometry this year. In the coming years I look forward to taking other math classes and deepening my knowledge.
